During FY26, further optimisation of the algorithm delivered 92.3% sensitivity for Stage I/II disease and 92.5% sensitivity across all stages at 98% specificity, improving overall performance and supporting its initial intended use in women at elevated risk of ovarian cancer. In FY27, the Company is focused on validating the test in an independent sample set in preparation for technology transfer, optimisation and validation in a US CLIA accredited laboratory. INOVIQ is committed to advancing EXO-OC™ toward commercialisation, initially as a Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) through a US laboratory partner. This strategy is designed to provide earlier patient access and initial revenues by establishing a pathway toward reimbursement and broader adoption in women at high risk of ovarian cancer, including those with BRCA1/2 mutations, Lynch syndrome or a strong family history of disease. BRCA1 carriers can have an increased lifetime risk of over 50% for developing ovarian cancer. EXOSOME THERAPEUTICS – THIRD GENERATION CAR-THERAPY INOVIQ is developing chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)- exosomes, a next-generation cell-free therapeutic derived from modified immune cells to target and destroy solid tumours. CAR-exosomes inherit the tumour-targeting and cytotoxic capabilities of their parent cells while offering potential manufacturing, safety and efficacy advantages over autologous cell therapies. INOVIQ’s lead candidate is an EGFR-targeted CAR-exosome therapy for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a highly aggressive cancer with limited treatment options. During FY26, the Company achieved multiple preclinical milestones supporting the potential of its CAR-exosome platform as an off-the-shelf therapeutic for solid tumours. On 18 September 2025, INOVIQ reported positive in vitro validation data demonstrating potent anti-tumour activity against TNBC cells, with more than 90% tumour cell killing achieved within 10 hours of treatment. Further validation of the platform was provided through the publication of peer-reviewed proof-of-concept data in the Journal of Visualized Experiments on 1 October 2025, highlighting both the cancer-killing activity of INOVIQ’s engineered CAR-exosomes and the scalability of its proprietary EXO-ACE™ manufacturing platform. On 22 December 2025, INOVIQ reported positive in vivo proof-of-concept results for its EGFR-targeted CAR-NKEVs in a TNBC mouse model, demonstrating: › 61.5% reduction in tumour burden compared with 24.5% for unmodified NK-EVs › Favourable safety profile with no observable adverse effects › Precision tumour targeting with on-target TNBC killing Review of Operations Directors’ Report Chairman’s Letter CEO’s Report Financial Report Shareholder Information 9 Annual Report 2026 Percent of samples correctly identified by EXO-OC specificity sensitivity 92% overall 100% control 95% benign 89% 1 100% 2 100% 3 78% 4 Set Control Benign Stage I Stage II Stage III Stage IV na Total Training 132 113 20 2 43 28 0 338 Test 62 44 9 4 18 9 0 146
